The proposed projects shall:

• Contribute to the sustainable and integrated development in the agglomeration areas;
• Improve the quality of life and the working environment;
• Increase the region’s attractiveness;
• Address the needs of vulnerable groups;
• Be in accordance with the relevant strategic documents in the sector on national /regional/ and local level.
